These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of globalacsupply.com and any purchase you make from Global A/C Supply (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 4365 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166. By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who May Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. We sell HVAC/R parts, equipment, and supplies primarily to contractors, service companies, and property owners. Some products are intended for installation only by licensed, qualified professionals (see Section 9).

2. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We work hard to keep part numbers, specifications, images, and stock levels accurate, but product data is often supplied by manufacturers and may change without notice. Images are representative and a manufacturer may revise packaging, finish, or component design. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part number, capacity, voltage, refrigerant type, and fitment are correct for your application before ordering. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and shipped.

3. Pricing, Errors, and Taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Despite our best efforts, a listing may occasionally contain a pricing or typographical error. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Applicable Florida sales tax is calculated at checkout unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file with us.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Your submitted order is an offer to buy. The automatic confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and ship it or make it available for pickup. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or require additional verification, including for suspected fraud or reseller restrictions imposed by a manufacturer.

5. Quotes

Quotes issued through our Request a Quote form are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to product availability and manufacturer price changes at the time of order.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless we have approved credit terms in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Please inspect every delivery on arrival and report visible damage, shortages, or shipping errors to us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim. Local pickup is available at our Miami warehouse during posted business hours with a valid order number and photo ID.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, unused and uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Orders may be cancelled at no charge any time before they ship.

9. Professional Installation, Certification, and Code Compliance

HVAC/R equipment involves high voltage, pressurized refrigerant, combustion, and sharp components. Products sold on this site must be installed, serviced, and started up by a licensed and qualified HVAC professional in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and permitting requirements. Where federal law requires technician certification for the purchase or handling of regulated refrigerants, you are responsible for holding and, on request, providing valid certification. You are solely responsible for confirming that a product is legal to install in your jurisdiction and suitable for your application. Improper selection, installation, or service can cause property damage, serious injury, or death, and can void the manufacturer warranty.

10. Warranties and Disclaimer

Products are covered exclusively by the applicable manufacturer warranty, and warranty claims are administered by the manufacturer. We will gladly help you open a claim and identify an authorized service center. Except for the manufacturer warranty and any express written warranty we provide, products and this website are supplied “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing on this site is engineering, design, or load-calculation advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order or your use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, labor costs, refrigerant loss, downtime, or property damage resulting from the installation or use of a product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global A/C Supply and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of a product, unlicensed or non-code-compliant installation, or breach of these Terms.

13. Accounts and Site Use

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to use this site to violate any law, scrape or copy content in bulk, resell our pricing data, submit false information, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

14. Intellectual Property

The Global A/C Supply name, logo, site design, text, and original photography are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. Manufacturer brand names, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

15. Third-Party Links and Content

Our site may link to or embed third-party content such as manufacturer specification sheets, maps, review widgets, and social feeds. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please review the date at the top for the most recent revision.
