It expands 3x on contact with air, giving strong adhesion to most building materials and superior insulating properties around penetrations, linesets and duct openings.
Tack-free in 10 minutes, fully cured in 12 hours. Paintable. R value 4.7. No CFC or HCFC. Not a fire stop.
